This website tracks IP addresses of users to identify unauthorized attempts to access administrator privileges. IP addresses of users who access the public website are not stored. The amount of hits on each page of the website is exclusively and anonymously recorded with no specific information about a certain user.

If an email is sent to Horizons through the “Contact Us” or “Report Corruption” features, the email remains in our inboxes/server until it is deleted at a future arbitrary time or upon request. When reporting corruption, the anonymity of the reporter cannot be guaranteed, and so the user is advised to use an anonymous email with no ties to their true identity.
